At Bibado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
